Life Wear Donates $20,000 in Sports Medicine Products to RI Veterans

(November 15, 2016) - Life Wear Technologies, makers of CryoMAX and ThermalMAX and the leading supplier of both branded and private label sports medicine products, has donated $20,000 worth of Life Wear products to the Rhode Island Veterans Home.
Four pallets of Life Wear products are on their way to the veterans from Life Wear's facility in Pompano Beach, Fla. The shipment, which included wrist, ankle, knee and back supports, bandages, athletic tape and CryoMAX® Cold Therapy 8-Hour Reusable Cold Packs, should arrive this week.
"Congressman Jim Langevin had indicated to us that the Veterans Home could use some of our products," explains Life Wear co-founder and CEO Brad Waugh. "As a local company, we are always more than willing to help Rhode Island veterans."
The Rhode Island Veterans Home is a 110-acre complex on Mount Hope Bay in Bristol. The home provides quality nursing and residential care to Rhode Island war veterans, including social, medical, and rehabilitative services.
